We are a specialist company selling a wide range of boot and shoe laces throughout the world. We will try and source items that are unusual for you and if we are unable to find the item you require, we'll try and have the item made to your specific requirements.
We obtain a certificate of posting for every order sent.
Orders from within the UK are sent by second class mail. International orders are sent by airmail.
If an item is unavailable you will send you an email giving you the option of waiting for your order to be completed and sent to you or cancelling the outstanding item. Where an order contains a special order item please allow 28 days for delivery.
The delivery address given must be the same as the billing address of the credit/debit card used. If the delivery address given is different from the billing address an order will not be sent for at least 21 days and we reserve the right to cancel and refund an order.
Where a given e-mail address is returned as invalid we reserve the right to delay/cancel and refund an order.
Where an invalid e-mail address and a delivery address is given which is not the billing address, an order will be cancelled and refunded.
We hope that any product that is purchased from Bootlaces.com will meet all of your expectations. However, in the event that a product is unsuitable then we offer a refund or an exchange service.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for returned goods, which are lost or damaged in the post, therefore please return the goods using a method which records delivery.
You may return any goods that you have bought within 30 days of receipt that have not been used and in a saleable condition and we will refund your payment.
We do not accept responsibility for laces damaged where damage is due to the back of an eyelet being jagged, pointed, spiky etc.
